With the installation of a seventh cup forming machine, the company has added two new sizes to its product line, boosted production to more than 200 million cups per year.

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA (Sept 29, 2014) – Visstun has expanded its reusable plastic and disposable paper cup offerings and increased its production capacity, with the addition of a seventh Paper Machinery Corp. (PMC) cup forming machine. Two new sizes have been added, including tall 12 and 21 ounce cups, increasing the collection to 16 sizes.

With the improved technology of this machine, Visstun increased production efficiencies, capacity, and scheduling flexibility. Visstun’s innovative approach of printing the images flat and then forming the cups allow for low minimums and extremely fast turnaround times - averaging under 6 days.
